Who is the official distributor?
Sain Motors LLC is the official distributor of Chery in Mongolia. We import and sell Chery vehicles under an official agreement, supply genuine warranty-backed parts, and train our technicians to international service standards.
What warranty do your cars come with?
Every new car we sell comes with the official factory warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km, depending on the model.
What exactly does the warranty cover?
During the warranty period we repair or replace manufacturing defects in the engine, transmission, main electrical systems and axles. Wear items such as oil, filters and brake pads are not covered.
Are spare parts readily available?
Our official service centre keeps genuine parts for routine and major repairs in stock for every model. Less common parts are ordered from the factory as quickly as possible.
What are the leasing terms?
Depending on the price of the car, down payments start from 10%. You can choose a repayment term of up to 96 months (8 years) and set a monthly payment that suits you.
Do I need to book a test drive in advance?
No, but we recommend booking online or by phone so the car is ready and waiting when you arrive.
